When schools close for the season, the adventures at Kids Garden are just beginning. Each week of summer camp brings a new kid-friendly theme; each day a different array of creative learning activities for children ages 3 and up. Say “hooray” to the most flexible summer camps around! At Kids Garden, weekly camps are structured so you can sign up for the days and times that work best for your family—be it several weeks, select days or even just a few hours at a time. Activities change weekly and are centered around various themes, from Lego learning and mountain adventure to space camp and science (plus many more in between).

Outdoor Day Camp
Our Outdoor Day Camp offers parents daily and weekly themed camps all summer long. It’s here that Junior Explorers will be transported by bus to local parks, hiking trails, mountain beaches, farms, local area attractions, and experiences real life learning in the great outdoors! These camps are weekly themed camps, and range in theme and explorational learning themes. The goal of Outdoor Junior Explorer Camps is to unplug from the world, and reconnect in nature! Children will be dropped off and picked up at our NEW Junior Explorers’ Club school-age classroom for children 6-12 yrs old.

Member Rate: $380 per child per week ($85 per child per day)

After-School Program
Our After-School Program gives the parents the convenience of having time to finish their workday, get a workout or run errands after school without their children. The Junior Explorers’ Club gives their child time to unwind after school with their friends. Currently our Afterschool program is drop off only but, we are working on a bus pick up for next school year…stay tuned. Explorers will get a healthy snack when they arrive, homework helpers, kids yoga, creative art classes, Stem Lab, fresh air in our outside area, nature walks, the center has fun activities like basketball, skeet ball, foosball and free play. Parents can pick up at their convenience and must pick up their child by 6 pm.

Class Description:
Our Friday Fun for 5 & up was created for movement, games, challenges, and plenty of space to have Friday Fun with Friends! From Pokemon scavenger hunts to beyblade battles, our Fridays with friends are filled with socialization, gross-motor skills, agility, brain teasers, and all the popular school-age kid gadgets. Join us weekly to battle, play and challenge each other as we get some much needed energy out and inspiration on the last day of the week!

Dig deep and explore all things rocks and dinosaurs! Put on your geologist and paleontologist hats as we examine minerals, test rocks, and get to know different types of dinosaurs. Break geodes, examine fossils, make your own volcanos and learn all about earth science!

Date Night? Need Some Time To Visit With Friends? Saturday is Parent's Night Out
You’ll love Kids Garden’s Parent’s Night Out! We’ve eliminated the need to search for a weekend babysitter. Now, you can relax and enjoy your Saturday night while the kids have their own special evening.
For three hours on Saturday evening, kids enjoy a special night just for them with games, themed crafts, and, as always, plenty of space to play! The Parents Night Out Special includes three hours between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. and a pizza dinner.

Kids Play Garden Preschool
Kids Garden's preschool is centered around children ages 3-5 years old, where we seamlessly blend Montessori and Reggio methods to cultivate holistic growth. Through play-based learning, children develop positive socialization, fine motor skills, and effective communication techniques. Our curriculum goes beyond basics, introducing math concepts, reading comprehension, and even yoga for physical and emotional well-being. Join us in fostering a love for learning and exploration in every child!
FAQs
Children ages three and up can register and sign up for our Summer and Seasonal Camps. Our educational theories, curriculum and activities incorporate experiential learning, hands-on activities and exploring centered around school-age kids.
Kids Garden is a drop-in creative arts learning center and we always keep drop-in spaces, however even those fill up! During busy times of the year, including summer and when schools are out, we encourage reservations to secure your child’s spot. Each center has a capacity limit and it can be reached. There may be times we will have to ask your child to return at another hour. If you know you need care, please plan ahead with a reservation. Please note that we charge a no-call no-show fee.
We also value movement and activity! We understand the importance and benefits of incorporating movement, play, and breaks alongside creative work. During our camp days and weeks, we take movement breaks, have unstructured playtime, playset time and dance parties!
Absolutely! You can make the camps a full day by registering your child for both a morning and afternoon camp in the same week. We recommend adding prepaid dollars on your account for extra snacks and hours. While we're thrilled to offer this opportunity, it's important to consider if your child is a motivated artist/camper who will enjoy a full day of camps. This might not be the best fit for every child, and you know your child best!
Kids Garden provides a snack and lunch during camp. We ask all campers to bring a labeled water bottle and to wear socks inside the center. Please label your child's items and leave any other items in our front cubbies.
